How to Generate a Meal Plan
If you prefer a starting point, create an automatic plan and then tweak it on My Calendar.
Configure and generate
- Go to My Account → Meal Planner → Generate New Plan.
- Set Time Frame.
- Enter Daily Calories or click Calculate for me to estimate a target.
- (Optional) Choose a Diet Type.
- (Optional) Pick Cuisine Types to emphasize (e.g., Mediterranean, Mexican).
- (Optional) Select Health Preferences (e.g., Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, Low-Sugar).
- Click Generate Meal Plan.

Review and save

- The preview shows each day’s total calories and three suggested meals.
- Click View Recipe on a card to inspect details.
- Click Save to My Calendar to store the plan. You can then open My Calendar to replace or remove any meals and fill empty slots with Add Meal.
Tip: If the mix isn’t right, use Regenerate Plan from the preview to get a different combination before saving.
