How to Create a Meal Plan
Use the Meal Planner to build or edit your plan by adding meals to each day. This approach gives you complete control over the week.
Add a meal to a day/slot
- Go to My Account → Meal Planner → My Calendar.
- In the desired day, click Add Meal under Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner.

- In the Add meal pop-up, choose:
- My recipes — your saved recipes with known nutrition, or
- Search recipes — browse the catalog (use the search bar, category filter, and sort).

- Click a recipe card to insert it into the slot.
What you’ll see on the card
On each recipe card added to the meal plan, you'll see calories/serving, estimated time, servings, and Protein, Calories, and Fat macros for quick scanning.
View recipe or remove a meal
Click the three dots icon on a meal card, then choose View Recipe or Remove.

Note: If you added a recipe from My Recipes, when you click on View Recipe, it will open from the My Recipes section of your Account. This way, you will be able to edit it. If the recipe was added from the Search Recipes section, when you click View Recipe, it will open the original source of the recipe, and you won't be able to edit it.
Rearrange meals with drag & drop
Move meals between days and slots without re-adding them.

- Grab the card by its handle (six dots) and press & hold until it lifts.
- Drag the card to a new day and/or Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner slot.
The target slot is highlighted with a dashed outline (like in the screenshot).
- Release to drop. The meal moves (it doesn’t copy).
- Daily calories update automatically, and everything is auto-saved.
How to copy/clone or clear a week
At the top of the calendar, you’ll find two bulk actions to speed up planning.

Copy all meals to the next week
- Click Copy All to Next Week.
- A browser confirmation prompt appears; click OK to confirm.
- All meals from the current week are copied and saved to the next week.
- Use the → arrow to move forward and review the cloned week.
Clear the current week
- Click Clear Week.
- In the browser confirmation prompt, click OK.
- All meals from the currently viewed week are removed.
Note: Clearing a week cannot be undone from the planner. If you cleared by mistake, navigate back and re-copy last week using Copy All to Next Week, or add meals again with Add Meal.
Navigate your meal plan
- Use the ← / → arrows to view different weeks.
- Click Today to navigate to the current week.
- Day headers show total calories for that day, so you can balance your intake.
Notes
- Changes to My Calendar are saved to your current meal plan automatically.
- You can add more than one meal per section (Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner).
