Meal Planner Overview
The Meal Planner helps you organize meals for the week with clear calorie totals per day and quick access to recipes. You can build plans manually on My Calendar or generate a suggested plan first and then fine-tune it.
Where to find it
Go to My Account and click Meal Planner from the left sidebar.
Use the top buttons to switch between My Calendar (your plan) and Generate New Plan (suggestions).

Key parts of the interface
- Week navigation: Today, ← / → arrows, and the week range.
- Daily columns: Each day shows total calories and meal slots for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
- Add Meal buttons: Insert a recipe into any slot from My recipes or Search recipes.
- Meal cards: Show image, calories per serving, time, servings, and macros (Protein/Carbs/Fat). The 3-dot menu lets you view a recipe or remove it.
