How to Change Your Payment Method
You can manage your payment details from the billing portal in My Account. Use this page to switch the card used for your active subscription, add a new card, or delete an old one.
Open the billing portal
Go to My Account → Manage Your Subscription and click Manage Billing & Subscription.

This opens the secure billing portal with sections for Current Subscriptions and Payment Methods.
Change the payment method for your current subscription
Use this when you want your active subscription to charge a different card.
- In Current Subscriptions, click the pencil icon next to the payment method shown for the subscription.

- Choose a card from the cards on file, or select Add payment method to enter a new one.
- Click Update to save.

The new payment method will be used for the next renewal and any outstanding invoices.
Add a new payment method on file
Add a card first if you plan to switch to it later, or keep a backup on the account.
- In Payment Methods, click + Add payment method.

- Enter the required details and click Add.

Delete a payment method
Clean up old or unused cards from your account.
- In Payment Methods, click the three dots next to the card you want to remove.
- Click Delete, then confirm.

Note: If the Delete button is greyed out, that card is linked to an active subscription. First, change the payment method for that subscription to a different card (see steps above), then return here to delete it.
Tips
- Make sure the new card has sufficient funds and is authorized for online/recurring payments.
- If a payment fails after updating, check that the card’s billing address and CVC are correct, then retry.
