How to Manage Saved Recipes
Use the My Recipes area to browse, filter, and maintain everything you’ve saved. From here, you can open a recipe, edit it, print it, or delete it.
Open your saved recipes
There are three ways to view all your saved recipes:
- Go to My Recipes from the main menu

Click View Saved Recipes from Recent History.

- Click View Saved Recipes in the top-right corner of the analyzer (alongside Add Recipe).

My Recipes — page controls
On the My Recipes page, you can view all your saved recipes and use filters and display options to find what you need quickly.

- Search — search your recipes by name, ingredients, or description.
- Categories — filter saved recipes by category.
- Tags — filter by tags you’ve assigned to recipes.
- View — toggle Grid / List view.
- Show — choose how many items per page (12 / 24 / 48).
- Sort by — Date Created, Name, or Date Modified.

Opening a recipe shows its complete details and actions.

Top actions
- Edit Recipe — open the editor to modify details or ingredients.
- Duplicate Recipe — create a copy of the recipe.
- Print Recipe — open a printer-friendly layout.
- Delete Recipe — permanently remove the recipe from your account.
On the recipe page
- Ingredients — full list; toggle US / Metric and view Servings used for the analysis.
- Instructions — if empty, click Generate Instructions with AI to create a draft (you can edit it).
- Nutrition Information — per-serving nutrients (e.g., calories, fats, carbs, protein) with daily value indicators.
- Vitamins & Minerals — detailed micronutrients.
- Nutrition Facts Label — click Download as Image to save a label graphic.
Edit a saved recipe
Editing lets you refine content and keep nutrition accurate after changes.

Tab: Edit Recipe

- Recipe Title and Description.
- Servings — changing this will auto-scale ingredient amounts.
- Category and Tags — organize for easier filtering.
- Prep Time and Cook Time.
- Recipe Image — upload/replace image (JPG/PNG/GIF/WebP, max 7MB).
- Ingredients — structured fields (Amount, Unit, Ingredient).
- + Add Ingredient to append rows.
- Switch to Plain Text to paste a list, then convert back to structured fields if needed.
- Instructions — add step-by-step directions.
- + Add Step to append steps.
- Switch to Plain Text is available here as well.
- Notes — optional tips, substitutions, or comments.
Note: Making changes to Servings or Ingredients will require re-analysis.
Tab: Edit Nutrition Information

- Adjust Serving Size and other nutrition values if you need to correct or override the calculation.
- Preview updates in the Nutrition Facts panel.
Note: Manual edits may not reflect accurate nutritional information.
Save your edits
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page to apply edits from the active tab.
Duplicate, Print or Delete

- Duplicate Recipe — creates a copy of the recipe where you can add a different amount of ingredients, servings, or other details.
- Print Recipe — generates a clean, printer-friendly layout with ingredients, instructions, and key nutrition info.
- Delete Recipe — removes the recipe from My Recipes (this action cannot be undone).
Best practices
- Use Categories and Tags consistently for faster filtering at scale.
- After major changes to ingredients or servings, re-analyze to refresh nutrition values.
- Use the US / Metric toggle to quickly switch displays for different audiences.
